As part of the OADP 1.0 changes, we fixed a performance problem by modifying the common backup and restore plugins to only run on resources that needed the annotations provided. The list of resources was incomplete (not listing the group with the resources), so in clusters where a resource exists under multiple groups, the plugin isn't being run. To fix this we need to qualify the resources by group when specifying where these plugins should run.
