In the enhancement for crane + tekton + ui integration there was a comment about using Vault for handling user credentials (instead of secrets) . The purpose of this spike is to investigate if that route and determine if this is a path we want to pursue. This is somewhat related to the user impersonation research that needs to be done in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MIG-1076

If it is decided we want to pursue vault, this task is not done until:

• enhancement is submitted to konveyor/enhancements describing the change in MTRHO
• Jiras are created that complete the work.
