How to reproduce:
1 - Click on Create Kafka instances at Kafka instances overview

2 - Click on Create Kafka instance at opened modal window

3 - Error that you have to fill name raised

4 - Fix the errors (fill up the name)

5 - Click on Create Kafka instance

Current result:

Cannot create Kafka instance, user has to click on cancel and open it again

Expected result:

At first opening of modal window the button for creating Kafka instance is not clickable and the user can only click on it when all data are filled
When the error is resolved and the user clicks on Create Kafka instance, Kafka instances will be created
