In GitHub, one attributes file is used for all services: RHOSAK, RHOSR, RHOAS, RHOC, and RHOAD.

However, in GitLab, we currently have a separate attributes file for each service.

Review the contents of these files and ensure that they all have the same attributes, with the values tweaked as necessary for downstream publishing.

In particular:

1. RHOAD attributes:
   1. Add the new RHOAD attributes to the attributes files for the other services.
   2. In the RHOSAK file, remove the duplicate product-long-api-designer entry.
2. Cloud console attributes:
   1. Add the following new attributes to the attributes files for all services:

        :cloud-console: Hybrid Cloud Console
        :cloud-console-long: {org-name} Hybrid Cloud Console

   2. In the RHOAD file, rename the hcc and hcc-long attributes.
