Description
Atm it's very hard to find the rhoas CLI on console.redhat.com. The CLI information and link to the CLI is buried in the Learning Resources, which in its turn redirects to the documentation on the Red Hat Customer Support Portal (access.redhat.com).
We've discussed adding a Command Line Tools link to the 
menu under (upper right corner) of console.redhat.com, to match the OpenShift Console UI, but we can't adapt that menu (via an API), and that kind of functionality will not be made available by the consoleDot team.
A viable alternative is to put a link in the OpenShift Streams left-nav menu, something like "Tools", "Downloads" or "Resources".
The goal is simply to make the rhoas CLI more discoverable and easier to find on the Hybrid Cloud Console (console.redhat.com).
