As a RHOAS user I want to understand how to authenticate to and use the RHOAS REST APIs.

We need to do the following:

• On the Learning Resources page of the Hybrid Cloud Console, update the link to the 'Kafka Service Fleet Manager API Reference'. This is now called the 'OpenShift Streams for Apache Kafka Management API' and is located here
• On the Learning Resources page, add a new entry for to the 'OpenShift Streams for Apache Kafka Instance API' located here
• On the Learning Resources page, add a new entry for the Interacting with Red Hat OpenShift Application Services using APIs guide located here
