WHAT

To be able to run the RHOSAK E2E tests post fleet-manager deployment and use the results as a gate to promote to production it needs to be possible to query the version of the fleet-manager running in an environment.   

This information is currently available from the data plane via the ocm addon and addoninstallation resources.
 

One solution could be to include the information as part of the control plane api 

ocm get /api/kafkas_mgmt
