WHAT

prometheus-kafka-prometheus-0 runs without resource requests / limits.

This has to also add resource requests to all the components deployed by the Observability Stack:
 prometheuse operator, grafana operator, prometheus, alert manager, token refresher etc

WHY

To ensure proper scheduling and to limit the possible cpu/memory consumption.

HOW

Set appropriate resource requests and limits.
