We need to update the production configuration based on the results of the performance test that we run in MGDSTRM-9020

So that the change is deployed to production clusters

HOW

Set the num.replica.fetchers in RHOSAK to the new value we have chosen based on the results of MGDSTRM-9020. The spike task MGDSTRM-9541 should have included determining where to set this value.
