The configuration option `probe-external-bootstrap-server-host` is still available in kas-fleetshard. If set to true, the canary will be configured to communicate with port 9093, which is no longer a valid listener. Remove the configuration option and the logic to toggle between the external listerner and internal listener port 9093.
