WHAT

Implement the UI that enables the user to select the billing account in the Create Kafka instance modal, along with other updates in the UI related to billing.

Designs updates are outlined in this design document.

WHY

With the option to purchase RHOSAK through AWS marketplace, there's a potential that the same RH org would have multiple accounts set up with AWS. If the user wants to provision an instance using an AWS account, they need to be able to select which account to use. 

HOW

• Create a UI preview of the Create Kafka modal and updated Details panel in the ui components repo
  • Note: Some contents are still being finalized. Updates might be provided after this work has started.
• Move UI preview into consoledot production.

DONE

• UI preview is shared with stakeholders for final review.
• Any finalized microcopy/contents are included in the UI
• UI is available on production
