      WHAT

      During a production incident, when trying to increase the number of worker nodes on the OSD cluster, OCM gave a warning when trying to increase the number of worker nodes above (I think) 100.

      WHY

      We need to make sure that the autoscaler is not impacted in any way by OCM (or any other system) when trying to increase the number of worker nodes of the OSD, when the total number of nodes is below the documented max-capacity of an OSD cluster (which is currently 180, as documented here: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6440321

      HOW

      Test autoscaling beyond the capacity that was reported to emit OCM warnings (I think this was 100 nodes).

      DONE

      Successfully verified autoscaling beyond

      {x}

      number of nodes, within the max-capacity limit of OSD (currently 180 nodes).
