Motivation

Challenge we facing right now is that discovery of the Kafka Admin changes is not easy and require calling control plane and customization of the swagger UI.
As current stop gap we can introduce Swagger UI that can be enabled in quarkus by property

What needs to be done

Two flags should be set:
quarkus.swagger-ui.enable=true
quarkus.swagger-ui.always-include=true
