In the OpenShift Streams topic Message Browser, when I want to search for messages at a given time, I can only select predefined times from the dropdown list (e.g. 12:00, 12:15, 12:30, etc.). I cannot specify an exact time, for example like 12:12, by typing in that time.

This causes the issue that message filtering based on time is too coarse grained when you want to see messages at a specific time.
