WHAT

We currently set the properties for the authorizer using the old prefix (strimzi.*). We need to instead set them using the new prefix (as defined in MGDSTRM-7888).

WHY

This project is not part of Strimzi, so we shouldn't use that prefix.

HOW

Initially here, we'll just duplicate all of the properties. Once the new version has been rolled out, and the old versions are no longer being used, we can then unset those.
