WHAT

Strimzi has been updated to allow Cruise Control topic names to be set: https://github.com/strimzi/strimzi-kafka-operator/commit/54dc866ba4919902f49cb047c8a18309336b65c3

This change needs to be added to the midstream build of Strimzi that will be used for the release with Cruise Control.

WHY

It is unlikely that the version of Strimzi being used when the Cruise Control feature is released will include this change. So instead we should temporarily back port the change.
