Improve UI message when Kafka free 48 hours trails are no longer available

      The current message in the "Create" modal when there are no 48 hours trial instances available is:

      "Kafka instances are no longer available. Try again in a few hours"

      We should improve this message so it's more cleat to a user what is going on and provide. Also the message can use some "marketing sauce" and be a bit more friendly.

      Something like:

      "Thank you for your interest in trying our service. We’re at capacity for free trial instances at the moment. We look forward to providing you an instance and a chance to try our service. Please try again in a few hours or contact us at trykafka@redhat.com.”
