This is is a Jira Template specifically to track ROMS Release Readiness for GA

How should it be applied in ROMS?

• Please clone this Task and sub-tasks for your service release . Use the Clone ROMS Checklist option
• Link to the Program Readiness Checklist & Sign Off task [clone of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/PLMPGM-4]

Note that automation to simplify this process is in the pipeline

How do I confirm the task complete

• Assign sub-tasks to the relevant teams (If coordination required across teams, assign to PgM or a delegated person to coordinate)
• The assignee is responsible for confirming the task complete (PgM will generally coordinate)
• Once confirmation received the Jira can be closed
• This Jira can be reviewed as part of a formal pre-release checkpoint or at the discretion of the program manager

Can I add tasks

• If you require a task that is not in the template, feel free to create another sub-task in your cloned Jira to capture the details
• If you believe that updates are needed to the template, raise a Jira in the ROMS project where it will be triaged
