• my suggestion to test that is to create a test user that will never accept the T&C
• and use it in a workflow that logins that user, goes to the Kafka UI, clicks on Create and checks if a dialog asking to accept the T&C appears
• then clicking on the "View T&C" button you should land on an external site, that we don't control
• on this site, there are two buttons, accept and cancel
• We can't test accept, but we can test cancel. Clicking it the user should be redirected to the list of Kafka instances
• we could check the accept redirect as well without actually clicking the accept button
• in the URL there is a redirect parameter that should be the one where you create an instance
