{{kafka_broker_quota_totalstorageusedbytes }} is used in the billing recording rules and will need to be migrated to the new metrics.

WHY

Metrics are part of RHOSAK's public API and are consumed by the console as well a dashaboards outside of the direct control of the team. We need to ensure we keep those metrics & their labels available during and after the plug-in replacement.

The metrics are also used to drive billing for consumption based pricing we need ensure we can continue to bill customers accurately for the storage their instances consume.
