When create modal is opened, the quota and subscription are checked for AWS. Once you switch to GPC, those calls are made again and the form can be reloaded. If the name is filled in before the provider change and the name disappears, the test will fail.

Investigate the test and UI (use the attached trace trace(12).zip ) and log a UI bug or create a fix in the test suite.
