WHAT

In situations where the fleetshard is using a load balancer hostname rather than an ingress controller subdomain from the cluster domain, there is a possibility that the domain name may need updating

WHY

The most obvious case where this can occur is that the customer accidentally deletes the referenced aws load balancer. The new one that is created will have a different generated name and need to be accounted for rather having the kafka instance permanently down.

HOW

Rather than just validation logic the control plane will need to update the entries if they differ.
