In IQE, all test suites were python packages that you could link as requirements and then create integration tests between services while using already existing code from each service's "plugin".

This work will be crutial for creating new tests that will use both RHOSAK and RHOSR like test for linkining RHOSR schema to RHOSAK topic.

RHOSR and RHOAD IQE test suites were not migrated to Playwright yet.
