Outcome of spike MGDSTRM-10202:

On ROSA, Enterprise RHOSAK will automatically use the bring-your-own-key encryption that the customer has wired into their ROSA cluster. There are issues with the ROSA documentation that are being addressed: OSDOCS-4383.

We will need RHOSAK Dedicated/Enterprise documentation that states that:

RHOSAK will automatically use the bring-your-own-key encryption that you've configured into your cluster.

and we should provide a link to the relevant ROSA documentation.

We should say that BYOK encryption is supported and say that if used, volumes used by the service will be automatically encrypted using the customer's key.  We should link out to the relevant ROSA documentation, rather than duplicating any information.
