Best Practices and Examples

Product requirements are defined and documented in Epic Briefs. Briefs are reviewed, approved, and prioritized by the Managed Service team (PM, PgM,Eng, QE, SRE, CSS/Docs).  The tasks required to develop, test, document, and support a feature as defined in an Epic Brief are tracked in JIRA with an Epic JIRA as the parent.
