[Architecture-Exp] Program Kick Off

      Purpose (The Why): A program kick off is especially important if the team is new to each other or they are doing something they have never done before. It helps set the stage on what the team is set to accomplish, educates on new or changed activities, frames how the team will work and communicate and acts as a verification that the right functions are included and that risks are starting to be identified and managed. Failure to adequately communicate the intent of delivering a service through a wide communication and program kick off may result in inability to secure support from needed groups and thus prevent the service from being launched. The program manger (or program manager delegate) will schedule and facilitate the program kick off. 

      In addition to other stakeholders, please include the following Console.redhat.com personnel on your program kick off call:

        • Josh Barnard, PgM
        • Kathryn Dixon, PM
        • Chris Moore, Senior Mgr., Software Engineering - Security
        • Ben Turner, Associate Mgr., Software Engineering - Infrastructure
        • Lindani Phiri, Architect

      Responsible: Program Management

      Consulted: Whole Company Readiness, Product Security, SRE, Console.dot

      Prerequisite/ Input: Budget approval and assignment of key roles. (Initial Budget)

      Next task: SRE Onboarding - other activities can also start in parallel
