Issue Description: 

Currently "Bridge Error handler is properly updated" scenario is changing webhook error handler to the different webhook error handler. The goal of this Jira is to update the scenario to change webhook error handler to kafka error handler.

Acceptance Criteria: "Bridge Error handler is properly updated" scenario is using also Kafka error handler.
