Issue Description: If you create an instance and you access its details by opening the drawer, the content (ingress endpoint URL) gets not reloaded when the instance becomes READY.

Acceptance Criteria: The drawer content should be automatically updated.

Out of Scope: Any change to the look & feel of the ingress endpoint field when no URL is available.
