      Issue Description: 
      Recently bump version of Quarkus to 2.10.0.Final has broke the CPaaS pipeline.
      PNC build in CPaaS pipeline uses the productize version of quarkus whose latest version is 2.7.6.Final-redhat-00006.
      We can't use more later version then 2.7.6.Final-redhat-00006. https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.redhat.quarkus.platform/quarkus-bom

      Solution approach : Revert back Quarkus version to 2.7.5.Final
