Issue Description: 

Review the catalog and consolidate/improve schemas.

There are two documents with further details:

Action/Source Catalog review document

• Criteria list
• General observations for all schemas
• Screenshots of the current forms generated from schemas

Action/Source Catalog changes

• Detailed list of current fields/properties for each schema (left side)
• Discussion/suggestions about changes (right side, changed values will be highlighted with a green background)

Acceptance Criteria:

• Formalize a list of criteria to follow when reviewing schemas or adding new ones.
• Agree on a list of changes to be applied to the existing catalog 

Out of Scope: After agreeing on the changes we should create a new ticket to apply them, with specific instructions.
