Issue Description:
In case cloud event delivery in managed connector fails for some reason then the failed event is stored in error handler with specific headers.
Currently we don't cover this functionality using our tests, we should cover this.

Acceptance Criteria:

• E2E test covering cloud event failure in managed connector is implemented, checking that the cloud event is stored in error handler with specific headers describing the failure
