      Issue Description: 
      Our CVP pipeline is failing with below error because it try to start operator deployment which requires some envs to work. http://external-ci-coldstorage.datahub.redhat.com/cvp/cvp-redhat-operator-bundle-image-validation-test/smart-events-shard-operator-bundle-rhel8-container-v1.0.0-6/5f29bcef-8e3b-43f2-9090-6c2b955cf0f4/operator-olm-deployment-bundle-image-output.txt

      our operator(`rhose-fleetshard-operator`) is not starting because it requires value of `event-bridge.sso.auth-server-url` env on startup.

       

      To resolve it operator should be start without any custom configuration.

      Acceptance Criteria: Operator should be start without any custom configuration.
