Issue Description: We have various approaches to naming our Managed Connector properties. We should make these consistent, ideally preferring the MANAGED_CONNNECTOR_$suffix form

Acceptance Criteria: 

• Ensure all Managed Connector properties are defined in the form MANAGED_CONNECTOR_$suffix
• Update all environment configuration files to use the new property form.
