      Issue Description: 

      Follow the getting started guide on the CPaaS documentation to onboard the product on the service:

      https://cpaas.pages.redhat.com/documentation/users/getting_started.html

      As a result, a Jenkins instance will be available with the CPaaS pipelines, as well as a product repo with the product.yaml and release.yaml files that drive the CPaaS jobs

      Acceptance Criteria: 

      • Jenkin instance should be available
      • Product Repo should be available
