Issue Description: The user should be able to retrieve the detail of a sink connector from the RHOSE api

Acceptance Criteria: The endpoint GET /api/smartevents_mgmt/v2/bridges/{bridgeId}/sinks/{sinkId} is exposed from the control plane and it returns the details (including the status of the resource) of the sink connector to the Bridge {bridgeId}.
