Issue Description: The user should be able to retrieve all the sink connectors of a Bridge from the RHOSE api

Acceptance Criteria: The endpoint DELETE /api/smartevents_mgmt/v2/bridges/{bridgeId}/sinks/{sinkId} is exposed from the control plane. It should accept the deletion of the sink connector - schedule the deletion of the dependencies with the worker. If the request is accepted, it should return 202
