Issue Description: The user should be able to retrieve all the sink connectors of a Bridge from the RHOSE api

Acceptance Criteria: 

The endpoint GET /api/smartevents_mgmt/v2/bridges/{bridgeId}/sinks is exposed from the control plane and it returns all the sink connectors associated to the Bridge {bridgeId}. It should support

• pagination
• filter by name
• filter by status
