Issue Description: The user should be able to create a new SinkConnector with the RHOSE API

Acceptance Criteria: The endpoint POST /api/smartevents_mgmt/v2/bridges/{bridgeId}/sinks is exposed by the control plane and it accepts the user's requests. It should store the information in the Connectors_v2 table using the SinkConnectorDAO, schedule the worker (to be implemented with MGDOBR-1385) and return the response to the user.

Out of Scope: The implementation of the worker for the SinkConnector
