Issue Description: 

In v1, we did not offer any SLO for Processors as we relied on deploying a RHOC Connector for most Processors and RHOC did not offer any SLO itself on the deployment of Connectors.

In v2, we no longer create a Connector for the deployment of a Processor so the lifecycle of a Processor is entirely under the control of RHOSE and we should therefore be able to offer an SLO, tracked via associated SLI.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• Discuss with BU/PM any desire to offer an SLO around Processors
• If yes, work to define the initial SLI and SLO that will be offered.
