Issue Description:
There is a public API method to update Bridge's.

However the only properties of a Bridge are "name", "Cloud Provider" and "Cloud Provider Region" cannot be changed once the Bridge has been created. The public API method should therefore be removed.

Acceptance Criteria:
The public API method to update Bridge's is removed.
