Issue Description:

In v2 of our API, Sinks are independent resources on the API. We need to investigate how we wish to model Sinks, what is their lifecycle and how they are then referenced in a Processor.

We also need to consider how we deploy Sinks. The basic idea at the minute is that we simply proxy the RHOC API to create a Sink Connector.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• Investigate and define the API for deploying a Sink resource
• Define how a Sink resource is referenced by the user in their Camel DSL
• Define how we deploy Sink Connectors via RHOC

Out of Scope: 

• Implementation. This is to get us to the proposal stage, where we can then discuss implementation plan
