Issue Description: 

We have sensitive fields stored within the ManagedBridge CRD. We should remove these fields and consider referencing a secret instead.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• The sensitive fields are removed from the ManagedBridge CRD
• Consider updating to provide a secret reference instead.
