Issue Description: 

Currently we are using the shared component name "ingress" for resources created for a Bridge between v1 and v2 controllers. To further separate the controllers, we should allow the v2 controller to use the component name "managed-bridge" whilst still allowing the v1 controller to use the "ingress" component name.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• The BridgeIngress Controller continues to use "ingress" as the component name
• The ManagedBridge Controller uses "managed-bridge" as the component name
