Issue Description: 

v2 uses a Set of Condition's for the status of each sub-component of a Bridge or Processor internally.

However the end-User API is to still expose ManagedResourceStatus and therefore we need to define logic to map the state of the Condition's to ManagedResourceStatus.

Acceptance Criteria:

The mapping is defined.
