Issue Description: In order for the Openshift Serverless team to support us through our internal service preview, we should install the Openshift Serverless Dependency in all environments from mid-stream and not the downstream, productised build.

We need to update all data plane environments to have the dependencies install from mid-stream. We also need to update our dependency installation scripts to ensure that we install from mid-stream.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• Openshift Serverless dependency is installed from mid-stream in all data planes
• Our dependency installation script is updated to install the mid-stream dependencies.
