Issue Description:
Whilst checking MGDOBR-986 I found if I create a new Instance from the Instance List screen any Error Handler definition is ignored and, once the Instance has been created, the Error Handler tab shows the "Error handling method" as "Ignored".

Acceptance Criteria:
If, when creating a new Instance, I select an Error Handler type it should be reflected in the Instance that is created.
