Issue Description: Due to being blocked on the use of the stage domain name, we have had to revert to using the .smartevents.bf2.dev domain name in app-interface. The template we use is referring to the incorrect AWS credentials, relying on those that are provisioned by app-interface to work with our stage DNS zone.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• Revert back to using our own AWS credentials for managing the DNS zone in our .dev domain
