Issue Description: If the Processor enters into the Failed state, unable to edit the processor details, but the same can be performed in case of Processor is in Ready state.

If user created processor with invalid parameters and processor reached to failed state , user should be able to update valid parameters to make processor to Ready state.

As our API'S  supports Updating processor Action parameters unless bridge is in Ready or Failed state, should be able to perform same from UI as well.

      Steps:

1.Create the Processor with Incorrect parameters to enter into Failed state.

2.Check whether Edit button is enabled for Processor to update the parameters to make it to Ready state.

Acceptance Criteria: Processor Action Parameters should be able to edit successfully in case of Processor Failed state too.
