Issue Description: Processor filters can be 'multivalue'. It means user provide multiple values in a single form field separated by a comma. The problems comes with more complex values, that contains comma inside them.

Imagine you want to create filter like (it is a pseudocode):

address in ["itally, Roma, Piazza, 1", "Germany, Berlin, Strasse, 1"]

Acceptance Criteria: User can create multivalue filters. it meas user provide multiple values separated by comma, while each value itself can contain another comma(s).
