Issue Description:

We need a Managed Kafka cluster for production. This should be created in the RHOSE production organisation.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• Create a single, long running Managed Kafka Cluster in the RHOSE production organisation.
  • For access to the RHOSE production organisation, please speak with dzonca@redhat.com , rsimmond or ddoliver 
• Create the required Service Accounts for the Fleet Manager to access the Managed Kafka Cluster
